We want to ensure that you get 100% satisfaction when you buy from Style Radiators. However we recognise there will be times where this is not possible. At these times we want to try even harder to make your experience a positive one.
We are happy to take product returns where there has been an incorrect delivery (our fault) or a defective delivery (again, our fault). All we ask is that you make contact with us as soon as a problem comes to your attention. We would also ask that this falls within a 14 day period that starts from the date of receipt of goods.
If product has to be returned as a result of incorrect ordering then re-handling charges may result.
